These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TariffSignals (tariffsignals.com), operated by SapienCX LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using TariffSignals you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TariffSignals is a subscription-based trade intelligence platform that aggregates and analyzes publicly available tariff, trade policy, and customs data for informational purposes. We provide analysis tools for importers, trade attorneys, CPAs, and compliance professionals.
TariffSignals provides information and analysis for professional decision support only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, tax advice, customs advice, or any other professional advice. No attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship is created by your use of TariffSignals. Always consult qualified legal and trade counsel before acting on tariff or trade compliance matters.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access token. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at tom@phase3ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Team) are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Free accounts receive limited access to signals and data as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All platform design, code, analysis, and original content is owned by SapienCX LLC. Underlying government data (Federal Register, USTR, CBP, etc.) is public domain. You may not reproduce or redistribute our analysis or platform UI without written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but do not warrant that any signal, analysis, or alert is complete, accurate, or current. Trade policy changes rapidly. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information from TariffSignals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SapienCX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TariffSignals, including but not limited to lost profits, business decisions, customs penalties, or trade losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SapienCX LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account portal. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TariffSignals after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
